Kimberlee Gorr, MS.Ed.
Welcome! I am an experienced educator and a passionate advocate for transformative education. As a doctoral candidate at the University of Louisiana Monroe, I bring a rich background in teaching, administration, coaching, mentoring, and instructional leadership to my consulting practice. My journey in education has equipped me with the necessary skills to work as a collaborator, instructional and leadership coach, mentor, consultant, and professional development presenter.
My career has been dedicated to fostering growth and development among educators and students. I believe in the power of collaboration and continuous learning that drives success in varied educational settings. Whether I am coaching a new teacher, supporting an experienced administrator, or facilitating professional development workshops, my goal is to inspire and empower others to reach their full potential.
Beyond my professional life, I am a proud mother of four wonderful boys and have been happily married to my husband, Chris, for twenty-eight years. Our family enjoys spending time outdoors, and I love hiking and exploring all areas of the country. I am committed to creating a positive impact both in my professional and personal life.
Thank you for visiting, and I look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with you on your educational journey.

Leading a School Culture Reset - The Notre Dame ACE Academies (NDAA) have supported multiple schools in improvement efforts spanning different dioceses. In their work, they have partnered with schools facing serious discipline challenges often related to profound inconsistencies in expectations, language, and follow-through across the school. At one such school, teaching and learning had come to a standstill in many classrooms until the leader took decisive steps to bring his faculty together and reset. During this session, participants will hear how a school leader, supported by a regional director and members of the NDAA team, developed a plan, called a midyear audible, and stepped out in faith to reimagine the culture at his school. Participants will learn how the leader solicited teacher voice to build a PBIS behavior matrix, developed a plan for implementation which included both the leader and faculty teaching it, and how he strategically used a morning assembly to begin this important work.
